Local Collection: We are based in Sedgefield. Free collection in Sedgefield, we will WhatsApp you when your order is ready.
Nationwide Courier: 3-5 working days from order to complete. Courier fee calculated at checkout ( approx R99 - R150) or free delivery over R1000
Production Time: Most orders are ready in 3-5 working days. Custom / bulk orders may take 3-7 working days. You will receive a proof via WhatsApp before we proceed to print.

Refund Policy
All our products are custom printed to your design, name or photo.
Custom Orders: Cannot be returned or refunded once printing has started. Please check your proof carefully - spelling, dates, phone numbers and photos.
Damaged / Wrong Item: If your item arrives damaged or we made a mistake, please send us a photo within 48 hours via WhatsApp. We will reprint it for FREE or refund you.
Screen colours may vary slightly from printed colours - this is normal and not a defect.

We only use your personal info and artwork to complete your order. We never share, sell or post your photos/designs without your permission.
Your WhatsApp number and email are only used for order updates.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Design-It Printing Studio - Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
1. Cancellations:
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, BEFORE we send your proof. Once you approve the proof or printing has started, the order cannot be cancelled as it is custom-made for you.
2. Returns & Exchanges:
Because all items are custom printed with your own photo, logo, name or design, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or spelling errors that were approved on the proof.
Please check your proof VERY carefully - spelling, phone numbers, dates, and image quality.
3. If Something Is Wrong - We WILL Fix It:
If we made a printing mistake different from your approved proof, please WhatsApp us a photo within 48 hours of receiving it. We will reprint your order FREE of charge or give a full refund.
4. Colour Note:
Printed colours may vary slightly from what you see on your phone/computer screen. This is normal and not considered a fault.
