Terms of Service
Last updated 24 August 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the You're Worth It Vendor platform at vendor.youreworthit.site (the "Service"), operated by You're Worth It, based in George, Western Cape. By registering for a store or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. What the Service is
The Service gives you your own online storefront, built on WCFM Marketplace, where you can list and sell products or services to customers. You manage your store entirely through your own front-end dashboard at your Store Manager — you never need access to the WordPress admin area to run your store.
3. Creating a vendor account
- You must provide accurate, current information when registering, and keep it up to date.
- You're responsible for keeping your login details secure, and for all activity that happens under your account.
- You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in South Africa to register as a vendor.
4. Fees, trial, and billing
- New vendor accounts include a 30-day free trial, with full access to store features.
- After the trial ends, continuing to use the Service requires a paid plan — currently R36.99/month or R369.99/year.
- Billing and payment arrangements are currently handled directly (not through an automated in-dashboard subscription), so we'll be in touch by email or phone ahead of your trial ending to arrange payment.
- You can cancel at any time; there's no lock-in contract.
- Prices are in South African Rand and may change with reasonable notice.
5. Your responsibilities as a vendor
- You're solely responsible for the products or services you list, their descriptions, pricing, and accuracy.
- You must have the legal right to sell everything you list, and your listings must comply with South African consumer protection law.
- You're responsible for fulfilling orders, handling shipping, and resolving customer issues related to your own products.
- You may not list anything illegal, counterfeit, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property.
6. Payments, commissions & payouts
Customer payments for your products are processed through the Service's connected payment gateways. Applicable marketplace commission (if any) will be disclosed to you before you start selling. Payouts are made according to the schedule and method (automated gateway or manual bank transfer) shown in your Store Manager.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or close a store that breaches these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses the Service — where reasonably possible, we'll let you know why. You may close your own store at any time by contacting us.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." While we work to keep it reliable, we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, You're Worth It isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, including lost sales or profits.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let registered vendors know by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
